History:
Loose cannon is the perfect phrase to describe Eteria Sarantos. Eteria was born and raised on a small island located in what is considered to be Greece. Her parents decided to have her attend Hogwarts when she was a child because her father and the the headmaster of the Greek school she was supposed to go to were not on the best of terms since they went to school together and the headmaster was always envious of Eteria's father.
When Eteria arrived at Hogwarts, she was sorted into Ravenclaw but she didn't always fit the Ravenclaw stereotype. She had a knack for causing mischief around the school with her friends, many of which were in Gryffindor house. Eteria struggled in a few of her classes but she had excellent grades overall. Eteria was shocked when she was asked to be Head Girl her seventh year at Hogwarts. She knew a lot of the professors liked her because it seemed as if nothing could stop Eteria from being the best at something but she didn't expect them to like her THAT much!
After completing her years at Hogwarts, Eteria decided to do some traveling so she could experience other cultures. She ended up living in Sorento, Italy for a year so she could learn the Italian language and the culture of Italy. After Eteria had her fair share of traveling, she returned to Greece and started an internship with the Department Of International Magical Cooperation there. During her work, she ended up going to England quite a bit due to the issues with the ministry there. She fell in love immediately with the city of Manchester because it contrasted greatly from her hometown of Evdilos. In fact, she was so in love with the city, her boss allowed her to transfer to the Ministry in England because he had heard they needed more people who spoke Greek. Eteria accepted this offer and she has been living in England ever since. She hopes to advance far in the ministry to make her parents proud.
